Delivery

UK Delivery Charges

A delivery charge of £4.95 will be made for each order placed (this applies to UK mainland and offshore islands only excluding Channel Islands). We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful your parcel may be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection.

Channel Island and Republic of Ireland

A charge of £13.95 will be made for each order delivered to The Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland.

International Delivery

Any deliveries outside of the UK will use Royal Mail and may take up to 30 days. The delivery charge will depend on the weight of the item(s) and the country the item is being delivered to plus a small handling fee. Please e-mail us for a quotation before ordering detailing your name, the item(s) you wish to purchase and the country the item is to be delivered.

Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries. Before ordering please obtain details of these charges from Customs and Excise in the country to which the goods are being delivered.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Kiddiewinks aims to make your shopping experience both relaxing and enjoyable.

  • We will check all items to ensure that they are complete and have no fault before sending.
  • We will be happy to refund or exchange any item(s)* that you are not completely satisfied with as long as they are returned in their original condition, unused and with all of the tags still attached.
  • If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return it please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will issue you with a returns number.
  • A returns number must accompany all returned goods. Returns will not be accepted without a returns number.
  • Please note that any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded.
  • In the case of an exchange an additional postage charge will be incurred.
  • In the case of a refund a full refund excluding postage will be returned to you using the same online payment method you used when you purchased the items. Please note that you will be responsible for any payment processing fees charged by the online payment processor used.
  • If you live overseas please contact us via e-mail before returning the goods.

*excluding underwear, swim wear, swim nappies and breast pump (unless faulty). This does not effect your statutory rights.
